Gratuity & EOSB Calculator helps you estimate end-of-service benefits (gratuity, indemnity, separation or retirement pay, depending on the country you select) based on the employment details you enter. Every calculation runs entirely on your device — this app has no server backend, so there is nowhere for your inputs to be sent even if we wanted to.
Your salary, employment dates, exit reason, and every other calculator input are processed only in the app's memory while you use it. We never transmit them to us, to any analytics provider, or to any advertising partner. The app does not require an account, a sign-in, or any personal identifier to be used.
This app is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may use device identifiers (such as your Advertising ID) and other technical data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where you have given consent. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent form before any ad personalization occurs, and you can review or change that choice at any time from the app's Settings screen ("Ad Privacy Options"). We may collect non-identifying usage analytics — for example, which screen was opened or that a calculation was started — to understand how the app is used and to fix problems. These events never include your salary, dates, or any other calculation input.
This app is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Because calculations are processed only on-device and there is no server component, we do not retain your calculation data at all. Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored locally.
You can review or withdraw ad consent at any time from Settings → Ad Privacy Options (shown where required by your region). You can uninstall the app at any time to remove all local data.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
